1. Acceptance
By accessing or using the LART platform, marketplace, AI Studio, or any related service (together, the Service), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction. The Service is not available to residents of countries subject to comprehensive sanctions.
3. Your account
Most actions on LART require connecting a self-custodied wallet. LART never holds your private keys or custodies your funds. You are solely responsible for keeping your wallet, seed phrase, and devices secure.
Loss of access to your wallet will result in permanent loss of any assets, royalties, and credits associated with that wallet. We cannot recover lost wallets.
4. The agents
LART operates a multi agent framework. The agents source data, train models, generate work, perform quality assurance, and mint outputs. Outputs are produced by stochastic models and may contain errors, hallucinations, or unintended content.
You are responsible for reviewing every output before publishing, listing, or selling it. LART makes no warranty of fitness for any particular purpose.
5. Content & intellectual property
You retain ownership of the prompts, datasets, and creative direction you contribute. Outputs you generate through the Studio are licensed to you under the terms shown at the moment of generation.
You agree not to upload, generate, or distribute content that infringes third party rights, depicts minors in sexual contexts, promotes violence, or violates applicable law.
6. Marketplace
Listings on the LART marketplace are peer to peer. Smart contracts on Base settle every transaction. LART does not act as escrow, custodian, or counterparty. All sales are final once the on chain transaction confirms.
7. Fees
Protocol fees are published on chain and may change with governance votes. Network gas fees are paid to the underlying chain validators and are not collected by LART.
8. Prohibited activity
You agree not to interfere with the Service, run automated scrapers beyond posted rate limits, attempt to circumvent royalty splits, or impersonate another creator.
9. Disclaimer
The Service is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. AI generated outputs are experimental. Cryptocurrency and digital collectible markets are volatile. You may lose part or all of any funds you commit.
10. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LART, its contributors, and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always the one published at /legal/terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
