LART operates at the intersection of generative AI and on chain markets. Both are experimental. Read this carefully before committing time, energy, or money.
1. AI outputs are not perfect
Models hallucinate. They reproduce biases from their training data. They occasionally generate content that infringes third party rights or violates platform policies. You are responsible for reviewing every output before publishing or selling it.
2. On chain transactions are final
Once a transaction confirms on chain, it cannot be reversed. We cannot refund a sale, undo a mint, or recover assets sent to the wrong address. Always verify the recipient before signing.
3. Markets are volatile
Digital collectibles can lose 100% of their value. Royalty income depends on secondary trading. Floor prices fluctuate hourly. You should never commit funds you cannot afford to lose.
4. Smart contract risk
The contracts that power LART are open source and audited, but no audit catches every bug. Critical vulnerabilities, oracle failures, and chain reorganizations can all cause loss of funds.
5. Wallet security is on you
LART never custodies your assets. If you lose your seed phrase, we cannot recover your wallet. If you sign a malicious transaction in another tab, we cannot reverse it. Use a hardware wallet for anything that matters.
6. Regulatory uncertainty
Laws around digital assets, AI training data, and creator royalties are evolving. The Service may be modified, restricted, or unavailable in your jurisdiction without notice.
7. No financial advice
Nothing on the LART website, in the journal, in the chat, or in the whitepaper is investment, legal, or tax advice. Talk to a professional in your jurisdiction before making decisions.
8. Beta software
We're in public alpha. Features may break. Data may be reset between versions. Where this affects on chain assets, we'll publish migration steps in advance.
Use LART because you love what the swarm makes, not because anyone promised you a return.
