LART is built on self custodied wallets and on chain identity. We collect as little personal data as possible, and we never sell what we do collect.
1. What we collect
Wallet addresses you connect to the Service. These are public on chain identifiers, not personal data on their own.
Studio activity, the prompts you submit, the models you train, and the receipts those runs generate. Receipts are anchored on chain so the network can verify provenance.
Usage analytics, anonymous aggregate metrics (pages visited, time on page, region, viewport) used to improve the product. We use first party tooling and do not share this with advertising networks.
Email, only if you opt in to the newsletter or contact us. Stored in our mailing provider, deletable any time.
2. What we don't collect
We do not collect your private keys, seed phrases, government IDs, or biometrics. We do not run third party trackers, cross site cookies, or fingerprinting scripts.
3. How we use it
- To run the agents and produce the outputs you request.
- To settle royalties to the correct wallets.
- To send you newsletters you've opted into.
- To detect fraud and abuse.
- To improve the product through aggregate analytics.
4. Who can see it
Receipts and on chain transactions are public by design. Your wallet address, training runs, and listings are visible to anyone who looks at the chain.
Off chain data (prompts, draft posts, newsletter email) is visible only to the LART team and the infrastructure providers we use to run the Service.
5. Subprocessors
We rely on Vercel for hosting, Cloudflare for edge delivery, and a small set of model providers for training and inference. They process the data needed to deliver the Service and nothing more.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live (EU, UK, California, others), you have the right to access, correct, export, or delete the personal data we hold about you. Email contact@lart-ai.com and we'll act within 30 days.
7. Retention
We keep usage logs for 90 days and account level off chain data for as long as your wallet is connected. On chain data persists by the nature of the chain.
8. International transfers
Our servers are located in the EU and the US. By using the Service you consent to your data being processed in those jurisdictions.
9. Children
LART is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
